ZON TVCabo Selects Tandberg's OpenStream VOD Backoffice Platform

--Tandberg Says its Edge QAM Now Supports Privacy Mode Encryption

Tandberg Television--the company which over the past two years or so
has purchased VOD infrastructure provider, N2 Broadband, interactive
TV technology and services provider, GoldPocket Interactive, IPTV
content delivery company, SkyStream Networks, and Internet video
company, Zetools; and which was itself subsequently acquired by
Ericsson--says that Portugal's ZON TVCabo has selected its
OpenStream Digital Services backoffice platform to support its planned
launch of VOD services. ZON TVCabo, which has around 1.5 million
customers, offers a range of pay-TV services over cable and satellite,
