VOD, IPTV and advanced advertising technology provider, SeaChange International, and SunTec, an India-based provider of billing solutions for the communications, media and entertainment industries, announced Monday that they are partnering to offer TV service providers globally automated provisioning of IPTV consumers and accounts in "near-real time," while supporting complex revenue-sharing business rules.

Ericsson-owned Tandberg Television announced Tuesday that Canada's Cogeco Cable has selected its OpenStream Digital Services Platform as its exclusive backoffice system. Cogeco is Canada's fourth-largest MSO, with around 400,000 digital subscribers in Quebec and Ontario.

has purchased VOD infrastructure provider, N2 Broadband, interactive
TV technology and services provider, GoldPocket Interactive, IPTV
content delivery company, SkyStream Networks, and Internet video
company, Zetools; and which was itself subsequently acquired by
Ericsson--says that Portugal's ZON TVCabo has selected its
OpenStream Digital Services backoffice platform to support its planned
