NBC Universal last week relaunched its Digital Studio, which is now
tasked with developing and producing “brand-centric” digital content
(including both episodic programming and what NBCU describes as
“deep interactive experiences”), distributing them across the company’s
various digital properties, and also finding and developing quality

Following the UK’s recent participation TV scandal, that country’s
broadcast regulator, Ofcom, has proposed new rules to tighten
regulation of TV and radio programs that rely heavily on premium-rate
telephone services (PRS). The body says that its proposed changes to

Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey has announced plans
to expand its HDTV programming line-up, which it says will see it

The BBC has formed a partnership with Nintendo UK to make its BBC
iPlayer “catch-up TV” service available via the Nintendo Wii gaming
