2waytraffic Appoints New Non-Executive Director

2waytrafficlogo2006_2 2waytraffic, an interactive TV content developer which was formed in 2004 by three former Endemol executives and which recently floated on London’s AIM, has appointed Malcolm Gardner as a non-executive director. The appointment means that the company now has three non-executive directors: the other two are chairman, Chris Pye, and Henk Keilman. According to 2waytraffic, Gardner’s financial and public company expertise will complement the creative and entrepreneurial experience of the two other non-executive directors. Gardner, a chartered accountant, was most recently group finance director at Television Corporation, an independent TV production company supplying programming to UK terrestrial networks and international broadcasters. According to 2waytraffic, Gardner has served in a number of executive roles that combined "financial and operational management with the formulation and implementation of strategies."
