The 3rd Annual Awards for Leadership in Interactive Television
— IPTV, Broadband TV, Mobile-Participation TV, 2Screen TV, Single-Screen, Multiplatform TV, etc. —-
[itvt] is proud to partner with the National Cable and Telecommunications Association (NCTA) to produce the 3rd Annual [itvt] Awards for Leadership in Interactive Television.
The awards will honor the individuals who continue to drive the interactive television industry around the world. Held this year in Atlanta, at the Georgia World Congress Center, the awards event will celebrate the legacy and the bright future of interactive TV.
The event will include food and drinks, high-level speakers, video presentations of past and current ITV projects, and, of course, the presentation of the Awards for Leadership in Interactive Television, voted on by [itvt] readers and a panel of industry experts. Attendees will have the opportunity to re-connect with old friends and colleagues, and to find out about the latest interactive TV technologies and content projects.

How the Recipients of the Awards will be Chosen
- [itvt] will present the Awards for Leadership to 5 individuals who have demonstrated leadership in the ITV industry over the past year (April, 2005 to April, 2006), and to 2 "ITV All-Stars," recognized for their long-term track record of leadership in the ITV industry (the ITV All-Stars will be inducted into an "ITV Hall of Fame").
- The recipients of the awards will be determined as follows: 1) [itvt] readers will be invited to nominate candidates; 2) a panel of industry experts will then vote for the 7 recipients.

[itvt] Interactive TV Sandbox Pavilion: Booth #3459
This special pavilion will have a prominent position on the show floor of the NCTA National Show, and will contain demo pods from a variety of companies from around the world. Each company accepted into the pavilion must offer products and services in some way targeted at the interactive TV/broadband TV/multiplatform TV/IPTV markets. In the middle of the pavilion will be an ITV-themed sandbox, where visitors will be able to sit and talk with business partners and colleagues.
