Lachlan Murdoch Resigns from NDS's Board of Directors

News Corp.-owned interactive TV middleware, applications and content-security provider, NDS, says that Lachlan Murdoch resigned from its board of directors Monday. Murdoch, the son of News Corp. chief, Rupert Murdoch, quit all his executive roles at News Corp. last month, apparently as the result of a family dispute. News Corp. has appointed Lawrence A. Jacobs to replace him. Jacobs is senior EVP and group general counsel at News Corp.
