Spackman to Head Up Business Development for Celador's Interactive Arm

Celador International has named Dorian Spackman senior business development manager for its interactive division. He will report to the company's head of interactive media, Simon Gunning. His responsibilities will include cultivating new business relationships for interactive media with technology companies, broadcasters and other rights holders. He was previously head of client services at iTouch UK.
